Professional Background

Janice completed her Bachelor of Laws at the University of New England in 2019, while working full-time, and earned her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice in 2020. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in September 2020 and to the High Court of Australia in early 2021.

Janice brings experience in legal research, criminal law, family law, and civil litigation involving abuse matters. However, she has found her professional niche in Wills and Estates, where she applies both legal knowledge and personal insight to help clients navigate sensitive and complex issues.

Before her legal career, Janice worked with the Australian Federal Police and the NSW Department of Communities and Justice—experience that adds depth and realism to her client-focused legal advice.

She also holds a Postgraduate Degree in Psychology from Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor of Justice Administration from Griffith University. This blend of legal, psychological, and law enforcement training informs her calm, pragmatic approach and her ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with clients.
