Maddison graduated with First Class Honours in Law and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, following her Bachelor of Criminology with Distinction. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in February 2025.
Before joining Conditsis Lawyers, Maddison worked at the NSW Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions and in several legal research roles supporting counsel. This gave her an in-depth understanding of prosecution decisions in NSW, court etiquette, and case management pathways.
Maddison’s advocacy skills were recognised nationally when she won the National Witness Examination Competition in 2024, and she has contributed to significant research projects, including miscarriage of justice cases and studies into investigative techniques.
She is committed to equitable access to justice and brings both technical expertise and a client-focused approach to her practice. Maddison is calm and approachable, and takes the time to explain the legal process clearly so clients feel supported and confident throughout their matter.
