Elizajane Loader is a Solicitor in Conditsis’ Family Law team, admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in May 2026 after completing her Bachelor of Laws at CQ University and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law.
Elizajane brings two and a half years of paralegal and solicitor experience to her role. She has managed her own caseload, instructed at mentions and interim hearings, and guided clients through mediation and dispute resolution. Elizajane is passionate about access to justice and takes a genuinely client-focused approach, particularly when supporting neurodiverse clients and victim-survivors of family violence.
Outside the law, Elizajane is an accomplished basketball player who has competed at NCAA Division 1 level in the United States and professionally in Australia’s WNBL. This experience shaped the discipline, leadership, and team-first mindset she brings to her legal work every day.
