
Geoff Brazel brings decades of legal expertise and dedication to his role as Special Counsel.
Born in 1956, Geoff completed his high school education in Sydney’s Western Suburbs. He began his legal career in 1974, working as a legal clerk in Liverpool while studying law part-time through the Solicitors’ Admission Board Course, then affiliated with the University of Sydney.
In 1975, he joined the Office of the Clerk of the Peace, part of the NSW Attorney General’s Department, as a Legal Clerk. There, he gained valuable experience assisting in the prosecution of serious criminal cases before the District and Supreme Courts of New South Wales.
Geoff completed his law studies in 1978 and, after graduating from the College of Law, was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in July 1979.
From mid-1979 to early 1981, Geoff practised as a solicitor with a private firm in Fairfield. In March 1981, he co-founded a legal practice with Peter Moore in Gosford, which evolved into one of the Central Coast’s most respected law firms.
