Based in our Newcastle office, Amelia is a family law solicitor with over nine years’ experience across the full spectrum of family law matters. Amelia is currently completing her National Mediation Accreditation and is due to complete her Masters in Family Law in June this year.

Amelia has assisted clients in every aspect of separation including divorce, child/spousal support, allegations of family violence, relocation, separation of financial affairs, and consent orders.

Amelia provides her clients with clear and practical advice and prides herself on regularly being able to negotiate outcomes through alternative dispute resolution. This allows clients to avoid the stress of commencing Court proceedings and reduces their legal costs. Despite this, in some cases it may be necessary to commence Court proceedings and, in these circumstances, Amelia is a strong advocate for her client’s best interests.
