Sue is based in our Newcastle office and specialises in commercial law, property law and civil litigation matters.
Her expertise spans the full breadth of commercial law matters, including corporations and contractual dispute resolution, insolvency, trademark infringement, defamation and debt recovery. She has led and been involved in several significant matters in the Supreme Court of NSW and, as a Newcastle-based lawyer for the past few years, is well-known and respected in the local court and NCAT.
