Manny Conditsis is a criminal law specialist with over 25 years advocacy experience in criminal law, family law and general litigation. He is one of the most experienced solicitor advocates in NSW, having appeared in 4 murder trials in the Supreme Court, the Court of Criminal Appeal and the High Court. Manny is regarded amongst his peers as a senior trial advocate and has a success rate of better than 90% in defended jury trials. Manny has set the bar at a high standard, not only for himself, but for all lawyers within the firm and their support staff. Areas of Practise: Criminal Law, Family Law, Employment Law, and General Litigation.

Rodney Dawson (Accredited Specialist Local Government and Planning Law) - Consultant
Mr Dawson has been practising in excess of 30 years and was formerly a Partner in other law firms on the Central Coast as well as a former Senior Advisor to Council. He has extensive experience in most areas of the law, but particularly, over the past 10 years or so, in Local Government and Planning Law.
Areas of Practise: Local Government and Planning Law, Conveyancing, Business Law, including Purchases and Sales of Businesses, Probate and Deceased Estates, and General Litigation.

Natasha Konic (B.A. Hons LLB) - Consultant
Ms Konic has in excess of 13 years experience and practices exclusively in the Criminal Law. She is diligent and a capable Advocate, in the Local, District and Supreme Courts, and has a disarming but fierce determination to protect her client’s rights.

Graham Carson (B.A.LLB) - Associate
Mr Carson has in excess of 10 years experience in general practise. Mr Carson has an ability to quickly discern the strengths and weaknesses of his client’s case and to strategise with the client the proposed development of the matter, with a view to achieving their short and long-term goals.

Samar Singh-Panwar (B.A.LLB, Accredited Specialist Criminal Law) - Solicitor Advocate
Samar specialises in Criminal Law. Samar has an extensive criminal law practice and has appeared in many high profile cases. In addition, he is one of only a few Solicitors on the Central Coast to have specialist experience in building and construction disputes.

Carlie Drew (B.Ec. LLB Hons) - Associate
Carlie is highly regarded by Mr Conditsis, staff and clients of Conditsis & Associates Lawyers. Carlie predominately practises in Property Law, Commercial Law and Estates, Probate Law and Local Government and Planning Law. Carlie has been assisting the firm's specialist in Local Government and Planning Law (Mr Dawson) in most of his matters for over 3 years. Victoria Landete, J.P. (Licensed Conveyancer) - Associate
Victoria has a solid legal background with over 25 years experience as a legal secretary, mostly in Conveyancing. Victoria has been with the Conditsis team for 9 years and commenced studies in Conveyancing Law and Practise in 2004 at Macquarie University. She graduated as a Licenced Conveyancer in 2006. Victoria practises exclusively in Conveyancing and understands the stress sometimes associated with buying and/or selling what is generally regarded as one's most important asset - the home.
